T.A.C.C. Consumer Public Company Limited, or T.A.C.C., held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as a hybrid meeting (physical and e-AGM) on 25 April 2025. This meeting was organized as a Neutral Carbon Event as part of the drive for sustainability. The shareholders' meeting approved the dividend payment for 2025 at the rate of 0.19 baht/share, and the dividend payment was scheduled for 21 May 2025.
